Returns Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of shipment, you may return any product for a full refund of the product. Shipping costs are not refunded. We are unable to process refunds for John Gray products that have been purchased from other companies. Items may not be returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Please return the product you wish refunded using an insured method, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages sent to us.

Please fill out the Product Return Form located at www.marsvenus.com/pdf/ProdReturn.pdf or include correspondence in the package with your name, address, daytime phone number and the reason for the return. There is no need to include your credit card information. We will refund using the original form of payment.
Defective Merchandise:
From time to time, there may be a product that needs replacement because it is defective.
