Shipping Options


SHIPPING INFORMATION

Available products ship within 24 hours on business days, Monday through Friday. There is no processing of orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays. The default shipping option is United Parcel Service (UPS). It is up to the client to select the shipping method based on their needs and budget prior to completing the order. Please note that John Gray Mars Venus LLC is not responsible for carrier shipping delays due to bad weather, the carrier mishandling your package or the inability of the buyer to receive the package.

United States Postal Service (USPS) Parcel Post: Packages are shipped with delivery confirmation, which will be delivered to you within 6 to 10 business days, which includes Saturday delivery. Credit card restrictions prohibit us from shipping to PO Boxes. Please note that this shipping method is not always the least expensive choice. At times, United Parcel Service (UPS) or USPS Priority Mail maybe the least expensive choice depending on your product choices and shipping location, so you should check those rates prior to completing you order.

USPS Priority Mail: The US Postal Service advertises delivery to your mailbox is made in an average of 2 to 3 days, including Saturday delivery, to United States and military addresses (APO and FPO). However, delivery time is not guaranteed by the USPS and is much longer during peak times such as Christmas. Orders weighing more than 70 lbs. cannot be shipped using this option.

United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground: This service is sometimes more expensive than USPS but not always. You will be able to track the package and know what day it is scheduled for delivery. UPS ground service usually delivers in 5 to 10 business days with no weekend delivery.

UPS 2 DAY: Please remember to add the extra day when calculating when you will receive your package. There is no weekend delivery of Second Day Air packages. UPS Air service is not available to APO/FPO addresses.

UPS NEXT DAY: Please remember to add the extra day when calculating when you will receive your package. There is no weekend delivery of Next Day Air packages. UPS Air service is not available to APO/FPO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Our primary carrier for International Shipping is the U.S. Postal Service using Global Express Mail. This service delivers your package in 7 to 30 business days, depending on the package destination. We are unable to estimate or control the amount of time it takes your package to clear your local customs office. This service was selected to keep shipping costs lower for our international clients so there is no in-transit tracking available with this service. Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, the purchaser. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving product. Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order product type. Please note that our products are produced for U.S. distribution and may not work with video players or audio players in your country. We regret that because of the frequency of fraud, theft and poor delivery services, there may be countries to where we do not ship our products.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund for the product only as we shipped the package in good faith. In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process. In this case we will refund shipping costs.

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the carrier or the unintended recipient typically returns the package to us. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.

If an APO or FPO address is entered as an international address, the package will not reach its destination.

Address Format. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. If a post office box address was entered in a format our system does not recognize in order for the buyer to work around this limitation, the package may be returned to us.

Other Address Problems. If the order is being shipped to a prison, there may be delivery restrictions associated with the items or shippers. These restrictions are determined by the penitentiary and may vary. Researching the restrictions prior to placing an order is the responsibility of the buyer.

Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $400 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally at the discretion of the driver to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Refused by Recipient. If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.
