How may I order products from the John Gray store without using a credit card?
You may print out a mail order form (click here) and send it in with a personal check or money order. Please print clearly and include all the information requested so that your order will not be delayed. Mail orders take 3 to 6 weeks to process.
I have made an error on my order or I need to make a change to the order?
When placing your order, please review it for accuracy prior to completion. If you discover that you have made an error or need to make a change to your order once it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail, store@marsvenus.com or by phone, 1-877-564-6472. Every effort will be made to catch the order prior to shipping but there are times when it may be impossible. Please note John Gray’s Mars Venus LLC is not responsible for shipping delays or additional costs due to client entry error on orders placed on our website.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Available products ship within 24 hours on business days, Monday through Friday. There is no processing of orders on weekends or major U.S. holidays. Our default shipping method is standard United Parcel Service (UPS) delivery. The automated UPS software gives an estimated delivery time for this service but it is NOT a guaranteed time. You should select 2 day or Overnight UPS is you want the package to arrive by a guaranteed service. Credit card restrictions prohibit us from shipping to PO Boxes. Packages that are shipped using Parcel Post service with delivery confirmation will be delivered to you within 6 to 10 business days, which includes Saturday delivery. Standard shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be sent via U.S. Postal Service. USPS Priority Mail is normally delivered to any United States or military (APO/FPO) address within 2 to 3 days except during peak delivery times such as Christmas. The USPS DOES NOT guarantee this delivery time so a guaranteed UPS Express service is the best choice if the package must be received within a certain time frame. If you select Next Day or Second Day shipping options, your order will be processed within 24 hours on business days and shipped via UPS Air Service. Please remember to add the extra day when calculating when you will receive your package. There is no weekend delivery of Next Day or Second Day Air packages. UPS Air service is not available to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please note John Gray Mars Venus LLC is not responsible for carrier shipping delays due to bad weather or the carrier mishandling your package.
What is your foreign shipping policy?
Our primary carrier for International Shipping is the U.S. Postal Service using Global Express Mail. This service delivers your package in 7 to 26 business days, depending on the package destination. We are unable to estimate or control the amount of time it takes your package to clear your local customs office. This service was selected to keep shipping costs lower for our international clients so there is no in-transit tracking available with this service. Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, the purchaser. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving product. Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order’s product type. Please note that our products are produced for U.S. distribution and may not work with video players or audio players in your country. We regret that because of the frequency of fraud, theft and poor delivery services, there may be countries to where we do not ship our products.
How can I purchase a John Gray book translated into a foreign language?
We sell Spanish translations of “Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus” and “Mars and Venus In The Bedroom” in our store but are unable to stock the 40+ translations of John’s books. Is there a product brochure that can be mailed to me?
No. We no longer offer a print brochure. Our efforts are concentrated on providing an up to date web store that can be easily edited to add new items and delete discontinued or sold out products.
There is a product that is mentioned in one of John Gray’s books but I do not see it listed in the store. How can I get information about this product?
John’s books have been written and published within a span of more than ten years. Some of the products are no longer available. You may contact us with questions on products not listed in our store and we will give you the most current information we have on those products.
